The checkout process was simple, and I got my confirmation quickly. There weren’t any unnecessary extra steps, which I definitely appreciated.

Install was easy overall, took me a little bit to get everything lined up right but nothing too frustrating. once it was up, it looked good and felt solid. i’d say it’s a simple enough job for one person if you take your time.

I’m not sure if it was just my phone or the site itself, but using it was kind of annoying. Pages seemed to load slowly, and I’m sure I had to tap a few things more than once before they actually worked. The menu felt a bit confusing too, and finding basic product details wasn’t as easy as it should’ve been. After going back and forth a bunch of times, I just got tired of it. Not the best shopping experience for me.

I had a custom size made, and yeah, I was a little nervous. Ordering something like that online always feels like a bit of a gamble. But it showed up looking really close to what I picked. The colors, the measurements, all of it. Pretty much matched the preview.
The only thing was shipping. Took a bit longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. The actual custom piece came out accurate though, so I’d probably order again.

I ordered a medium, but it fit me more like a small. Maybe it’s just the way their sizing runs, but it almost feels like they’re labeling things a bit generously and hoping people won’t bother returning them. Definitely size up if you’re between sizes.

The product itself looks fine, I think, but the installation instructions made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. My order from Twist Modern showed up packaged really well, though I’ll admit I was a little annoyed at first because the box had a small dent on one corner. Somehow everything inside was totally fine, wrapped securely, and the item itself had no damage at all, which was really what I cared about. There was almost too much tape, so opening it was a bit of a hassle, but I guess that’s also why it arrived safely. Overall, solid packaging, even if it tested my patience a little.

They kept pushing the delivery date back and no one bothered to let me know what was going on. I feel like I’m being forced to just sit here and be patient, which is really frustrating. Still haven’t received it, and the whole thing is getting annoying...

The order tracking itself worked fine and was easy to follow. I could see where my package was, which was helpful. But when I had a question, it felt like no one was really paying attention or getting back to me, so that part was frustrating.

The return process took way longer than it should have. I had to follow up twice just to get my refund moving, which was frustrating?!

I like the modern designs and they do look nice in person. Nothing too fancy to say, just a clean look that works well. The only downside was that delivery took a little longer than I expected.

I expected the color to look like the warm walnut shown on twistmodern.com, but the piece I received was much darker and kind of dull. The finish didn’t have that smooth, rich look from the photos either, it came across more flat and a bit cheap in person. Maybe lighting played a role, but it just wasn’t close enough to what I thought I was getting. I was really looking forward to it, so I ended up feeling disappointed.

I think I sent the message while I was having coffee and trying to sort through a bunch of other errands that day, so maybe I was just already in an impatient mood.
They did get back to me, and the answer was clear enough once it came through. It just took longer than I was expecting, so I found myself checking my email more than usual, which is always a little annoying.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. The customer service was okay, and they did help me, but the response time could definitely be better. I’d probably order again, but not if I needed something quickly

At first it looked okay, but after just a few days it started to look kind of cheap. I’m not sure if I got a bad one or if the quality just isn’t there, but something feels off compared to what I expected.

I really wanted this to work out, but the screws and brackets that came with it felt cheap and didn’t line up right for me. I ended up having to go buy my own hardware just to finish the install, which was frustrating. For the price, I feel like that shouldn’t be something you have to deal with, right?
